TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for Redz Arts And Services outline the legal framework governing the interactions between our wellness studio and our clients. These Terms are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants in our artistic and wellness activities, including but not limited to art classes, yoga sessions, and workshops.

Eligibility and Participation Requirements
Redz Arts and Services LLC provides creative arts, enrichment, fitness, and wellness experiences for children, teens, adults, families, schools, businesses, and community organizations. Age requirements may vary depending on the activity.
Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The individual or organization booking a program involving minors is responsible for providing appropriate adult supervision unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Participants must follow all safety instructions and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, physical limitations, accessibility needs, or medical concerns before participating.

Services and Fees
Services may include paint parties, mobile art workshops, art enrichment programs, Paint & Motivate experiences, professional development, creative-wellness activities, Zumba, and other customized programming.
Pricing depends on the service, number of participants, program length, materials, and customization requested. Within the structure of the services we provide, there are programs that have a flat rate service fee regardless of the number of participants and length. There are also programs that have a maximum capacity for the number of participants in order to maintain the integrity and impact of the program. There are As of September 10th, 2026, our standard rate for our Paint & Motivate and mobile art experiences will now be $60 per participant.
3. Bookings, Payments and Agreements
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only after the required agreement, deposit, purchase order, or payment has been received.
For schools, government agencies, NYC Public Schools, Nassau BOCES clients, and other organizations, the Work Order, approved proposal, contract, or purchase order will control if its terms differ from these website Terms and Conditions.
Private bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $25. All payments are due on the day of the event. Cancellation and/or rescheduling, must be done within 24 hours of said event.
4. Schedule and Service Changes
Redz Arts and Services reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, projects, materials, locations, or program offerings when reasonably necessary.
If a program must be changed because of weather, illness, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, venue restrictions, supply availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client and offer an appropriate alternative, rescheduled date, credit, or refund based on the applicable booking agreement.
5. Art and Wellness Disclaimer
Our creative-wellness programs are designed to encourage creativity, connection, confidence, relaxation, and personal expression. They are educational and recreational experiences and are not substitutes for medical treatment, mental-health counseling, art therapy, physical therapy, or other licensed professional services.
No specific physical, emotional, educational, or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.
6. Artistic Activity and Materials
Art activities may involve paint, adhesives, clay, resin, tools, water, small components, and other creative materials. Although reasonable precautions are taken, participants understand that materials may stain clothing, furniture, floors, or personal belongings.
Participants should wear suitable clothing, follow the instructor’s directions, and use all materials only for their intended purpose. Parents, guardians, schools, and event organizers are responsible for informing Redz Arts and Services of known allergies, sensory concerns, or accommodation needs in advance.
7. Fitness and Zumba Participation
Zumba and other movement-based programs involve physical activity. Participants should consider their health, abilities, and limitations before participating and may modify movements or stop participating when necessary.
Participants with medical concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a fitness activity. Redz Arts and Services does not provide medical advice or guarantee specific fitness results.
The number of Zumba participants is not subject to a standard company maximum; however, attendance must remain within the venue’s legal occupancy, space, and safety limitations.
8. Assumption of Ordinary Risks and Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that art, fitness, and movement-based activities may involve ordinary risks, including contact with art materials, minor spills, slips, muscle strain, or accidental damage to personal property.
Participants agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and act responsibly. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All original artwork, lesson plans, instructional materials, templates, program names, photographs, videos, worksheets, graphics, digital downloads, and other creative content produced by Redz Arts and Services remain the intellectual property of Redz Arts and Services or the identified rights holder.
Purchasing or participating in a program provides permission for personal or authorized educational use only. Materials may not be copied, resold, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, taught commercially, or used to create competing products or programs without prior written permission.
Participants retain ownership of the individual artwork they create, subject to any underlying rights associated with the instructional design or materials.
10. Photography and Recording
Photography, video recording, testimonials, and promotional use should be governed by a separate, clearly presented media release, particularly when children are involved.
Participation does not automatically constitute permission to use a person’s image. Redz Arts and Services will follow the applicable school, organization, parent, or participant authorization process.
11. Account Access
If website accounts, booking portals, digital resources, or member-only content are offered, users are responsible for keeping their login information secure.
Redz Arts and Services may suspend or terminate access when a user engages in fraudulent activity, misuses materials, violates these Terms, interferes with the website, threatens others, or fails to meet payment obligations. Any suspension will be handled in accordance with applicable law and existing contracts.
12. Client and Event-Organizer Responsibilities
The client or event organizer is responsible for providing:

Adequate tables, chairs, utilities, and access when required

Compliance with venue occupancy and safety requirements

Timely notice of allergies, accommodations, or special circumstances
Redz Arts and Services will provide the agreed-upon art supplies for paint parties, including plastic tablecloths, unless the written proposal states otherwise.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, clients and users agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from their own unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, violation of these Terms, misuse of materials, or infringement of another person’s rights.
This section is not intended to require a participant to waive claims that cannot legally be waived or to release Redz Arts and Services from responsibilities imposed by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redz Arts and Services will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website interruptions, unauthorized misuse of materials, participant failure to follow instructions, or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Redz Arts and Services may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The revised Terms will be posted on this website with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Material changes affecting an existing booking will be handled according to the agreement in effect when that booking was confirmed.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through written communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction unless a separate written contract establishes another lawful procedure.
Do not add mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver without legal review.
